Double N Works is a Texas small business owned and run by a service-disabled Army veteran. We're built to deliver recurring facility maintenance as a prime on right-sized requirements and as a subcontractor on larger ones, starting with VA medical centers and federal and Texas state facilities.

Facility maintenance and trades

Recurring operations and maintenance as a prime contractor. Licensed trade work is performed by licensed subcontractors under written agreements.

  • HVAC and plumbing: preventive maintenance, repair, boilers, filter and airflow programs.
  • Electrical and generators: preventive maintenance, testing and repair.
  • Janitorial: recurring custodial services with scheduled quality checks.
  • Grounds and landscaping: mowing, grounds care and cemetery grounds maintenance.
  • Facilities support: bundled O&M, work order management, fire and life safety inspection coordination.

Also: software, data and automation work as a subcontractor to IT primes.

Double N Works was formed in October 2026 and has no company past performance yet. The experience below is our principal's.

  • U.S. Army, 6 years. Cavalry Scout and Intelligence Analyst, including 16 months in Baghdad. Helped field the Tactical Ground Reporting system (TIGR), trained soldiers to use it, and served as liaison between troops and its engineers.
  • Facilities. Built and ran a small, highly complex industrial facility for 5 years with a team of 12. Kept tightly controlled spaces in spec for temperature, humidity, air handling and contamination on scheduled preventive maintenance, including a clean lab for tissue culture work.
  • Systems. Deployed and connected accounting, CRM, email, cloud, AI and inventory systems across multiple businesses, including OutSearched, his Austin firm. Uses the same tools to run Double N Works' scheduling, work orders and photo reports.
  • Business. Has founded and run three companies since leaving the Army. Executive MBA candidate, McCombs School of Business, UT Austin (2027). Licensed commercial real estate agent focused on industrial property, so he understands buildings, leases and operating costs from the owner's side.

We are building a bench of licensed HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial and grounds firms in Texas, with priority for service-disabled veteran-owned and other small businesses.
